Located in Building Three at the District at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, the office supports GSK’s operations for shopper engagement and category insights for corporate buyers. The “Town Center” is the facility’s central gathering space where employees can assemble for meetings, celebrations, events, or casual conversations.

A key component of the office is the “Consumer Innovation Science Center,” which consists of several different collaborative spaces focused on eCommerce, Digital Innovations, and Consumer Products. The largest of these spaces includes a 7’ x 15’ interactive touch screen display for testing and displaying digital prototypes. Adjacent to this space are additional multi-purpose rooms for meeting and brainstorming. As part of GSK’s commitment to wellness, the office also includes an abundance of natural light, access to exterior views, and a variety of areas where employees can step away from work to recharge.

The 149,923 sq. ft. UA Windgate Studio and Design Center includes ceramics, graphic design, printmaking, photography, painting, and drawing departments, bringing together students and faculty from across seven different campus locations. In addition, the state-of-the-art building triples the size of the UA School of Art’s current classrooms and work areas.

Also included in the UA Windgate Studio and Design Center are art studios, research studios, classrooms, seminar and critique spaces, offices, shared spaces, exhibition spaces, and maker spaces. The project involved complete new site development, including an outdoor courtyard and amphitheater with outdoor seating.

The UA Windgate Studio and Design Center is a milestone achievement for art education and the Arkansas community and contributes to the ongoing development of the surrounding South Fayetteville neighborhood.

South Yard Phase Two is made up of four renovated buildings arranged in a curved formation, the trace of a railway that once bifurcated the site many years ago. The buildings contain leasable spaces for food, beverage, and commercial establishments. South Yard Phase Two is conveniently located near the popular Razorback Greenway and is within walking distance to parks and the Fayetteville square.

Site improvements and amenities included an outdoor pool and fitness area, pavilion, bike racks, outdoor seating, circulation areas, food truck court, service yard with loading area, and valuable access to the surrounding trail system. Sitework and development also included all new site utilities, storm, fire water, and required parking (for both commercial and future hotel establishments).
